How does the process work?

Do I need to get zoning approval?

The need for local zoning approval for your project will depend on a number of factors. Give us a call and as part of your Free Consultation we'll assess the need for permits or zoning approval.

Do I need any permits?

Depending on the scope and scale of your project, permits may be required. Vebicon Construction is a full service construction company and your Project Manager will manage the permit acquisition process and ensure that all local ordinances are followed.

Are you a general contactor?

Vebicon Construction is a full service contractor. While we are a general contractor and sometimes mange the work of sub-contractors, we employ a full staff of trained and experienced construction workers. We only bring in sub-contractors when needed and we manage all aspects of their work. With Vebicon, you can be sure every aspect of your project will be managed for the best result.

What will my project cost?

The cost of your project depends on many factors; scope, materials, timetable, etc. as part of your free consultation, we’ll discuss all aspects of your project and provide you with an estimate of the costs. Before your project gets started, a complete proposal will outline all costs.
