Once in receipt of the blueprints, bid information or work scope, Vebicon assesses which specialties will be required to complete the project.

Project Consultation – One of our experienced project managers meets with you to assess your needs and discuss the best way to meet them. Schedules, materials desired, color schemes, and more are discussed to ensure we understand your vision.

Construction Agreement – the agreement outlines costs, materials, assumptions, and an estimated timeline for your project. Upon review and approval, we use it as a guide for completion of your project.

Construction Underway - our crews are not only tops in the business, but you'll also find them personable and helpful. Respecting your property and lifestyle is a constant guideline as is continual communication.

Walk-through - upon completion, we review all aspects of the completed project with you to ensure you are satisfied.

A Project Manager will be assigned to the project for the duration of the job. The Project Manager is the on-site manager who insures that everything is completed as per plans and specifications. Any unforeseen conditions that arise are brought to the project manager's attention for correspondence to the client. They also supervise the on-site laborer(s) to maintain a clean, neat and safe job site.
